By using Passkeys combined with Mobile Approval, we’ve eliminated the risk of weak passwords. This ensures that your account remains as secure on your laptop as it is on your phone. It’s a seamless bridge between your devices that feels effortless yet acts like a fortress.
How It Works - Secure Access, Made Simple
Accessing the Web App is designed to be intuitive but strictly secure. It combines multiple layers of high-level protection into a flowing sequence that will soon become second nature.
- Start: Visit the SwissBorg website and click Log in.
- Scan: Select Sign in With Passkey. A QR code will appear on your screen - scan this with your mobile device camera. The website will prompt you to follow the instructions on your phone.
- Verify: Your phone will ask you to confirm with your biometrics to authorise the use of the Passkey (either face scan or fingerprint as applicable).
- Approve: As a final check, tap and accept the push notification sent to your mobile by the SwissBorg app to confirm the login is authentic.
By combining your unique Passkey, your biometrics, and the SwissBorg mobile app, we ensure your wealth stays safe while you get straight to trading.

We are rolling out the Web App gradually to reward the highest levels of loyalty and to ensure a seamless experience for our community.
- Phase 1 (LIVE): Initial access will be exclusively for Elite Rank holders and 2026 Pegasus Club members from a snapshot taken 2359 CET 25/2/26.
- Phase 2: We will subsequently begin a controlled and phased rollout to the entire SwissBorg community. You can prepare by making sure your mobile app is kept up to date, adding a Passkey if you don’t already have one, and by watching your app alerts.

However, we made a clear promise back then: the Web App was not forgotten, merely postponed. Today, we are fulfilling that pledge. This release is not just a feature update; it is the completion of a vision we shared with you all those years ago.

A: Yes. The SwissBorg Web App uses a two-step login flow designed to comply with strong customer authentication procedures. You must physically approve every login via your trusted mobile device Passkey. We do not use passwords which significantly reduces phishing risks.
Q: Do I need the SwissBorg mobile app to use the Web App?
A: Yes. The mobile app is the "key" to your account. It is required to approve logins to ensure that only you can access your wealth, even if your computer is compromised.
Q: Are fees different on the SwissBorg Web App?
A: No. The fees on the SwissBorg Web App are identical to the SwissBorg mobile app. You get the same fair, transparent pricing and the same Meta-Exchange Smart Engine execution.
Q: Can I use it on multiple computers?
A: Yes. You can log in from multiple devices provided each supports Passkeys and you approve the login via your SwissBorg mobile app.
